Chocolate Bliss Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 11 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cacao powder
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Medjool dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them. Drain well.
  2. In a food processor, blend the soaked dates until smooth and sticky.
  3. Add the almond flour, cacao powder, and a pinch of sea salt into the processor. Blend until everything is well combined. The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
  4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill the bliss balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Once chilled, enjoy your delicious, healthy chocolate bliss balls!
